AmeriPlan® has an alternate medical access option for members of Platinum Plus. NurselineSM is staffed with registered nurses giving you immediate access to healthcare professionals.

  • Unlimited 24/7 access to NurselineSM at no additional cost to members entire household
  • A licensed Registered Nurse will address the immediate healthcare issue and will advise as appropriate for an RN. If the RN does not feel that the issue is one that can be taken care of at the RN level, the RN will refer the member to the Hospital Emergency Room.
